About
That's me
------------------ I do stuff for the internet. Mainly stuff that is social and that makes people talk. This can be campaigns, websites, apps or digital products.
There are basically three steps in what I do:
1. Digital strategy: Focussing on social media I come up with long term strategies by identifying the potential, defining goals, creating a creative approach and defining the relevant social media channels.
2. Creative concept: This is pretty much about coming up with ideas for campaigns.
3. Information architecture: I know how to write a proper rough and fine concept, I wireframe and I create sitemaps and flows.
I have mainly worked with german and chinese agencies, creating campaigns, websites and digital services for clients such as BMW (International and China), MINI China, Volkswagen, Renault, Tchibo or the Otto Group.
Experience
------------------ I have been freelancing since the end of 2007 and had the pleasure to work for different agencies and some of my own clients in Germany and China. Due to my experience I know both small hotshops and big network agencies, online and above-the-line teams, international brands and start-ups.
I also do some lectures at the Fachhochschule Hannover every now and then.
Before doing my own business I have worked at Hamburg based ad agency Nordpol+ (Interactive Division) for clients like Renault, Dacia and HHLA.
